Ok..I'm a 100% newbie and one of the reasons that I bought the Inspire 1 Pro, was for the follow me mode option.So if I use a third party ap, along with my tablet or cell, it shoud work..?

Follow not working and Course Lock missing (DJI Go)

According to DJI, follow me now works if you have Go running on a cell phone or cell enabled ipad.
Never tried it since I would use Autopilot or Litchi (depending on which device I need to use, IOS or Android) for everything autonomous.
But yes, if you buy Autopilot it works, even with just the GPS in the controller, though sometimes you see it waits for a proper GPS fix from the controller. Better to have a iPad with built in GPS or an iPhone. With Litchi it works as well but you always need an android phone or iPhone for following.
Make sure you have enough space around you, follow me can be tricky and some people found their Inspire go into the trees because it was following with a very large offset because of GPS reception issues.
