Gimbal 90 degree quick key (like P3)?

Another basic question for you all. Can I assign one of the custom keys to allow for the immediate 90 degree shift from straight ahead to straight below? Likewise is there a way to set a custom key for home (straight ahead perspective) for the rotation back to straight ahead rather than working all the way through the pan to get back?

No and yes.
There is no 'quick pitch' setting however you can assign C1 or C2 to gimbal centre function which will bring the camera back to straight ahead on both axis. Alternatively, this can of course be achieved simply by pressing 'Gimbal Centre' on the screen in the app.
