Gimbal pitch smooth no longer on App?

I use to have this feauture Gimbal pitch smooth so when you release the Tilt weel it stops smooth !! and you can set how smooth .... it was very usefull for a one man Pilot shooter but i can not find that option anymor neither on inspire 1 or phantom 4 any ideas?

The smooth setting is under advanced settings on the gimbal page.
