Harmonic Oscillation?

Just came back from a long trip with my Inspire. I noticed that my Inspire now wobbles in hover, which I've read is harmonic oscillation and that the T-joints in the arms need to be tightened (specifically the bushings inside are loose).

Mine does it only when the landing gear is down and it will vibrate/wobble while the arms are coming up but will go away completely as long as the landing gears are up. Is this normal? Should I be concerned? The videos I get are fine with no jelly. It doesn't wobble/vibrate on every take off either, only when it seems to be really windy.

Thoughts/suggestions?

Mine does the same thing and My inspire is pretty much brand new had it only for a couple of months. According to some gurus online there should be some little play on the inspire 1 arms. So I think it should be fine as long as the wobble doesn't affect how your inspire 1 fly.
