Hubsan X4 problem

Hi all

I have an X4 (H107C) which is great for practicing on but it has suddenly stopped binding with the controller (TX). I turn the TX on, get the red flashing light, connect the battery to the X4 and the TX either stays flashing red, or the light flashes green only once before going red again with no bind. I've also noticed that there aren't any indicators in the two M2 boxes shown on the TX screen.

Any ideas for fixes? All suggestions welcome - thanks!

Try putting some new batteries in the transmitter - the battery status level indicator sometimes lies and says there's more juice left than there really is.

Well l'll be - that did the trick! Many thanks @NickU. The TX was still showing 3 out of 5 bars for battery so I assumed it was something else. Had a chance to whizz around with the X4 before taking the I2 out for the first time - very different yet reassuringly the same!!
