You need to ask them for a return slip. They will not offer it but will provide you with a shipping slip if you ask.

Sweet. Glad your started. I know its a long process but at least it is in place and it works.

Remember when we were younger and we would send in for a prize from a cereal box? 8-10 weeks for delivery. I forgot I even ordered those sunglasses that you could see behind you with by the time they arrived. **** that was a sweet prize.
