I1 won't update. Any help?

It's stuck. Says firmware unknown. Won't take v 3 or 4.00. Tried both. Rear light flashes one quick purplish light when sd card is inserted and battery turned on. Then, nothing except D - D - D...
Any help would be great as I'm on a shoot.

Try starting over. Take card out. Or try new card. Put new battery in and restart. Are you downloading from the computer? Try calling the Dji help line.

And just a few things to double check:

1 - there are no old update (.bin) files on the card
2 - you have deleted all .txt files from the card
3 - the new update (.bin) file is in the ROOT DIRECTORY

Don't try to update by skipping a version, you must update sequentially.
