After today's server maintenance, I am experiencing difficulty accessing this website from my Mac using Safari. Using both stored links and Google search fails to locate the server. I am using my iPad to post this message. Any ideas?

Edit: I have also experienced a number of posting errors although the post has been saved. Some users may have experienced the same and have tried to resubmit multiple times. Just copy you post text and refresh if this happens to see if post has been saved.

I get an error every time I post but the post gets created fine. Other than that, no access issues.

Hey guys - sorry for the issues. We moved to a new server last night and it appears to be giving us issues with tapatalk. I disabled that for now until we can get it resolved so the desktop posts should be working now.

Thanks, clackey!

I am still experiencing issues connecting the InspirePilots website since the server upgrade. Requests to display the website from my 3 devices (2 Macs and one iPad) is totally random. This morning (0700Z) my iPad (iOS 9.0 and Safari) connected immediately and allowed me to browse and add comments. This afternoon (1630Z) I just get the 'server stopped responding' message. I am typing now on my MacBook but my Mac Pro refuses to connect. Over recent days this situation has reversed. Either the server lacks the performance to respond to all users or there is another technical issue. Can the web managers please address this issue?

working fine for me, probably an issue with your ISP, dns server or somewhere down the line, any other websites giving you trouble?

No. All other websites are working fine and I have checked the DNS server setup and my hub (I am a bit of a techie). It is only the InspirePilots that is not working consistently. It is either taking too long to respond or they have a limit on the number of concurrent connections from the same IP address. I admit that my broadband is limited to 2mb download.

Thanks for the feedback. I've noticed issues a time or two as well. We are monitoring the traffic on the recently upgraded server and considering another upgrade shortly.

Thank you for your attention. What is confusing is it is so random. One or 2 devices will allow access but the other(s) won't. I seem to have fewer connection problems early in the European day. Later when North America wakes up the problems increase. A page refresh or selecting another sub-forum can break a working connection.

Ya, I had a similar issue where it was working on my mac but not on my ipad. All on the same network. By morning it worked fine then that evening I had the same problem. Looks like it might be a more widespread issue. Thanks again.

I've been having trouble using the site for around a week ..
it takes up to a minute to access a thread sometime and overall responds very slowly ..
if I try and like a post it can take several attempts to get it to work..or if I try and edit that can take minutes as well..
I have no issues with my porn sites..lol..just teasing, but you get the drift. ..

interesting. Ive never noticed a slowdown for this forum other than a couple times it was offline due to server maintenance or something but i have this slow/laggy issue quite often with the official dji forum. Maybe its related to server location vs your location. 2mbps should be sufficiently fast for nearly anything, especially just loading a simple web page.

It's your 56k dial up modem that's the problem! :p
