I am planning to make a fine art photo shooting trip to USA and other Countries to create my projects internationaly.

To create international project i had some questions in my mind:
I regestered my drone (Inspire) and not planning to pass over 400 feet.
Do i need to get comercial flying certificate for USA?
Can none US citizens get certificate?
Is this certificate valid in other countries or is my Turkish certifcate valid in US?
If not, do i need to get certificate for each country in my project. (i have to learn their language also
)
I dont know where to ask this questions so i want to discuss with you.
