I did search but it returned some unclear information since Inspire 2 is quite an exception when it comes to it's new Dual battery system. But I know so far that to take I2 on International flight:

1: Batteries have to be discharged below 30%
2: If not exceeding 100 Wh you can carry multiple batteries without problem (TB50 = 97.58 Wh each)
3: Batteries have to be in carry-on
4: Each battery has to be in special Lipo bag
5: They have to mentioned during check-in if asked about hazardous materials

Can someone confirm? The Airline I'm flying with it LOT Polish Airlines

You need to check with the specific airline on limits because some airlines are more restrictive than IATA guidelines. Some airport security is more restrictive as well than IATA and/or the airline's guidelines.

1, 4, and 5 are not true.

2 depends on the airline, for example, Cathay Pacific allows up to 20 pieces per passenger for < 100Wh batteries in carry-on and up to 2 > 100Wh batteries, but others only allow 2 of each category. Frankfurt airport security will not let you through with more than 2.

At security check, I recommend splitting the batteries up as much as you can, maybe a couple in each bag instead of having them altogether. It attracts less attention on the x-ray.
