This might be something that only DJI can answer but I thought I'd see if anyone knew the answer. If we fly without a prop lock are we liable for the repairs if a propeller flies off? I know they've recommended for everyone not to fly it but does recommending it remove them from any liability of fixing it if its a defect that they haven't yet solved by actually giving us the prop locks?

I think that they would try to use it to get out of any liability. Not worth the risk imo.
