Latest Version? Great title there! Suggest you change the title to be more meaningful and explain exactly what is happening, error messages etc? If it was lost signal it would do a RTH.

As @IrishSights mentions above "Latest version" is not the most descriptive title so I have changed to something a little more meaningful to your problem.
I am assuming you are talking about v1.9.1.30 and you are experiencing a lack of range with this firmware correct?
You do not specify whether it is a video feed issue or a control issue.
I am sure someone will try and help you out but you need to describe your issue better.
At Hallandale Beach you may also be flying into a NFZ and therefore your range/height maybe restricted.
