    Hallo guys,

I recived yesterday my new Inspire 1. I installed the dji go app (ios version 2.8.1). All seems working, but i cannot see on it which version of firmware is installed on the drone, the battery and the remote controller (it says: Version unknown). I tried to update the firmware on the drone and the RC, but the problem persist (same problem with the androis version of the go app)--> Could someone help me please and give me some suggestions?

    Thank you

    Alex

I had the same thing on mine. I use a iPad 2 air. I switched to iPhone 6 and saw the updates. Don't ask how. No idea.

The app must be connected to the Internet (wifi or via phone) to be able to check and report software state.

I understand your problem is now solved - you have now been connected to the internet for long enough for the servers to update your app data and now your firmware versions fields are populated (as expected and advised previously)

    Hallo The Editor,
Yes, solved. I do not know why, but now the firmware version fields are populated. :D
