It's a pretty pipe dream.... but a lot will have to happen before it is a reality -- not the least of which is the FAA's blessing.
I remember when the Icon A5 was announced -- as a prototype that sent a frenzy through the ultralight community. The thought of something this cool for about $80k was a delicious idea indeed.
Fast-forward 10 years, and it is finally shipping...at about a quarter million dollars. Looks like a lot of fun. Too bad I don't have that money to spare.
