My TB47 says 'DEMO' on the barcode...

I was gifted an I1 V2.0, new and just sold my P3P. I've cycled the battery but my flight time is still poor... 9 minutes max, just hovering. I had the TB47 sitting on my coffee table charging and noticed 'demo' was written on the barcode on the bottom. Does anyone else have this and what options do I have with DJI? I've now been on hold with them for 2 hours and no one has picked up..
