Just curious what others experience has been ordeing directly form the DJI store. I placed an order several weeks ago for some supplies and never have received 1 of the items. Tracking says it was shipped out and few days later it was shipped back to China so the tracking say delivered but no to my USA address. Have made numerous attempts to contact DJI but with no positive results.

I ordered my inspire directly from DJI, had it in less than a week. It was delivered to a business address though, don't know if that makes a difference. I have always seemed to receive hobby king orders from across the pond sooner at work than at home.
What I did receive did came quickly, I can't complain about that. But there were 3 separate shipments with 3 tracking numbers and 2 of the shipments made it but the other one was shipped with its destination being my USA address but a couple days later it was re-routed back to China and thats the package which contained one of the items I ordered. I don't understand why they had three shipments when all the items were small and could have easily fit in one small box.
