Hello,

i have set the camera to take JPG + RAW but they do not have the same resolution? why is that?

It saves the JPG with a resolution of 5000 by 3000 (something like that) and the RAW with only 940 by 450. Why is the raw not 5000 by 3000 instead of 940 by 450.

Is it a setting i have entered wrong?

I assume you are seeing this on the micro SD card? On my mac I have to open the dng file in photoshop to see the raw file size.

Yes i have extracted the file from the SD card. Or do i need to use a program to see the full size picture?

you're looking at the sidecar jpeg of the raw file , the sidecar is a preview file of the raw embedded in to raw file, to see the raw file you need a raw viewer, open in lightroom or photoshop and then check the file meta data and it will give you the correct information.been there done it, figured it out. good luck

@ everybody who answered to this question!

Thank you, the resolution in photoshop is as expected!
