My company bought a new inspire 1 and I took it out for a test flight.
The video footage on the Ipad Mini 3 was grey scaled and I could barely see the live feed at 30m.
Is anyone else going through this? Any tips to improve this ?

P.s there were no power lines, poles etc.

No - FPV feed should be pretty much perfect to at least out to 2km.
Have you tried another USB cable?
Have you looked on the 'spectrum analyzer' screen to see if there is a lot of 2.4ghz noise?
Have you tried manually selecting a different channel?

The USB cable I tried came with the Ipad.
I will surely check for what channel I have been flying on. Din't know about spectrum analyzer ill be honest.
What channel do you think is safe and widely used?

    Hey,

So i tried a low resolution flight and the results were positive at 90m.
I believe there is interference at 2.4Ghz.

yeah. Turns out similar frequency as wifi interferes with the video. Worked perfectly on one of our project sites.

Now planning to fly it with a UAE flag hooked to a fishing line. Depending on the wind if my flight will be successful or a $3000 expense.

If that's the problem then the 32 channel hack may come in handy for you then. Gives you more channels to choose from.
