Is the Phantom 2 Vision Plus (currently $1150 USD) priced differently in your country?

Well, that's a 15% difference. With the base Inspire package being $2800, a 15% increase is a little over $3200.
The difference between the two-controller package is less than 15%, though.

Perhaps you could ask your local dealer what duties are required when importing.

But I'm curious, are all of your local prices in USD, or is this a conversion rate from your native currency? Products almost never match a true 1:1 rate between a sale price in the US versus the conversion in other countries. In the gaming industry, Australia pays a sizeable difference when you try to convert it. It's just a different economy.
