I have a problem with gimbal X3. The yaw set-point angle has 30 degrees deviations after calibration has been done.
what should I do?

Are you saying it is looking to the left or right by about 30degrees off centre?
If so, do another IMU calibration on a cold Inspire and make absolutely certain it is level and not disturbed in any way (vibrations etc) during its calibration.
Afterwards do a compass calibration well away from all metallic object (preferably in the middle of a field away from everything). Then, so long as all your mod values are good, leave if alone and do not calibrate again.
You MAY possibly need to do another gimbal calibration after this but that should set you up.
