Correct, $2,999 is for the Inspire 2 Base Unit, you would still need either the Zenmuse X4S or the X5S.

Yes, to record in 5.2K you would need either the CinemaDNG or Apple ProRes licenses, or both.

The Inspire 2 Premium Combo includes the X5S along with both of these licenses at $6,198.
