RC dont respond on USB

Hi i have the inspire with 2 remote after a upload in v4 the USB dont connect
on iPhone or Android. Nothing
do somebody kwon how to make a Hard reset.
When i connect a Android the charging is good but no connect to the appli
with iPhone nothing

Hi davidcl,
both remotes are not giving video feed? or just one?
One remote set to master and one to slave
are remotes connecting to DJI Go app

Only one the problem
i can't put the remote in slave because i and have the connection between iPad/iphone/... and the RC

i tried but nothing more nothing do???
not connected between iPad and RC on other RC OK
May be a Hard reset
its came when DJi make the big and new update in 1.4 .

I solved this problem, i buy a new inspire one v2, and the RC dont connect to my phone app, i tested the usb port on RC and there was 3,7v not 5V as usual, i solved this issue , but i need to open the RC and do one Mod internally, after that , 100%.

PS i am Electronic Engineer, and found a internal error, solve it. Now 100%.
