Replacing main tube mounts

Is there a way to replace the plastic mounts on the main tube that attach to landing gear shaft?

I will take a picture but it's the giant mount that connects the tube to the landing gear gear box. I imagine I am going to need to find someone with a broken tube and somehow hollow out the mount and slide it on to my good tube
