Rules in france (Cote d'Opale)

Hallo everyone

Over a few weeks i spend a short holiday on the coast of france (Cote d'Opale.)
For this i like to bring on my inspire pro to fly over unpopulated area's arround the rouge coast line and inlands the big fields, so nature is my topic of interest

I' Am searching like a mad man to find the county rules regarding flying
For so far is it verry difficult to figure out what is allowed and what is not.

Also i like to have some tips and do and dont' s
offcourse I hold myself to the standard rules

So who can help me give me a clear answer.
