Above 350 feet? Isn't the height limit 400 feet? Doesn't really allow for much vertical movement... Either way, Governor Brown seems like a decent guy as far as drones are concerned.

Good news. There are still people out there who use the information around them to make a good decision.

Great news for now. Gov Brown sent the bill back to the Senate for further evaluation. We could see this take a different form in the future. Stay vigilant and protect the hobby. Good work to everyone who was vocal in their opposition.

As a possible reincarnation of this bill would be included or incorporated into another bill that has no relevance to drone privacy.

I've seen these type of crafty political moves to pass a bill without any changes to the language.
