I noticed some strange effect while shooting videos - maybe someone could cast some light on it. I usually shoot in LOG, with all settings set to "0" (sharpness etc.) The only settings I change are ISO and shutter, sometimes I switch between auto and manual mode. What I noticed is that when I shoot in auto mode the footage is much more crisp/sharp comparing to footage captured in manual mode with exactly the same settings (ISO and shutter speed). Is it normal? It looks as if switching to manual would immediately lower sharpness to -2 or -3, regardless of whether I want it or not. But I don't wanna have it like that! I want to be able to manually set the exposure to changing lighting conditions but without suffering from much softer footage. Take a look at the attached images - unedited screen captures from 4k, 1:1. Taken in the same flight. Does anyone of you know what is going on here?
