Strange Noise in Shadow Detail

Hi Folks,

A friend is having a strange issue. I have never seen this before shadows contain extensive noise. Seems like a bug. We have checked the raw file in different computers and different softwares as well. Any thoughts ?

That would mostly appear to be a fault with the camera then!
There is something wrong with the hardware there.
You COULD try reloading the firmware in case there is corruption but failing that it is a return to vendor job I'm afraid.

The thing is There is nothing wrong with the Video recording or shooting in Jpeg mod. And also these noises do not appear at all. Lets says 7/10 Raw photos seem to be broken. I will try to reload the firmware in case I will be sure aboute the condition of firmware. However, if the camera is problematic, how would ı shoot without problem in jpeg mod or video?
