Tablet choice... owners please chime in..

just waiting for my inspire 1 to arrive...

Im narrowing my choice down to

apple iPad air 2

or

ipad mini 3/ 4?

wifi ?

or

cellular?

do i compromise anything without purchasing the cellular versions? something regarding gps? and maps?

I use an Airpad 2 with GPS (cellular) after having non-cellular Airpad 2 and a nexus 9 previously.
I'd recommend the cellular Airpad 2.

I didin't realise that the non-cellular Airpad didn't have GPS initially.

Thanks to Best Buy's return policy I tried the iPad Air 2 and found to big and bulky for the remote controller. I then tried the iPad Mini 4 cell and wifi to be the perfect balance and size for me.

iPad mini 4 with cellular, is by far my best performer with the go app. Highly recommend

Our iPad mini 4 is perfect. We use our mobile phones as wifi hotspots.
