Worst luck ever!

So my brand-new inspire version 2.0 that I got yesterday from B&H photo came with a bad battery. Luckily I ordered a spare battery from Amazon yesterday and that got delivered to me just now. Guess what that battery is bad as well. I am so frustrated I'm thinking about sending everything back and just getting a phantom 4. I thought my original battery was going to be OK as I tested it this morning. I got home from work about 30 minutes ago and that battery is 100% dead. I don't know if it matters but I was checking dates on the box and this inspire has a date of November 10, 2015 so it's been sitting around for a while. So upset don't know what to do?
