X3 camera not saving dng files to microSD

Hi, any help appreciated - I1 camera (X3) was working normally, now it will only shoot video and jpeg - no dng files appear on the micro SD card? (Android tablet)

any suggestions?

What firmware and app version are you using?
Are you shooting bracketed or dng+jpeg?
Are you using the remote control button or the button on the app screen to take the shot(s)?

Like I said - the camera was taking dng files, I havent updated anything. Thanks for your reply

Ummm....strange. There was a bug earlier on that didn't save bracketed multiple shots if the button was used on the remote but that has now been fixed. Since you are using the app to take the shot this is not the issue.
You may have tried it already but have you tried reformatting the MicroSD card in camera?

Yep, tried that....
