I did buy a 2nd hand iPad mini. Once I had made my sacrifice to the gods I found the workaround. Have the s2 plugged into the controller first, then reboot it. Just to be clear, it isn't dgi go causing the problem, it's the controller, any flying app trying to start does the same thing.

The local politics are messy. I installed ugcs and it looked good. I've also talked with Alexey at ugcs, it was further complicated because of the remoteness of the site there was no 3d terrain data. Ugcs helps again as it can import aquick model which is used for a full survey

If I was on land I could pace out the spacing and do verticals, but I'm on a boat. Ugcs looks like it can do it.

yes but I don't think on a large scale that would work, too inefficent. Judging the distance of the base leg would be impractical, the first photo would trigger but the width of the next leg would likely be wrong
