I have been using a few different filters that seem to work well if people are interested. I'm am by far no expert these are straight from the camera no corrections shot in manual mode seems to really cut the glare on the water and over snow.

When in the camera left side you will see a slide bar for manual or auto just slide it. What are you shooting. ? You still have exposure control in full auto mode so make sure your not moving the dial on the right.
