I just can't see how this gets around regulations requiring PIC and LOS flights.

Anyone else have any thoughts?

Maybe they have a pilot on-site who's actually controlling the drone? I'm not sure.

You're right, it seems a bit strange. Especially considering that Cape used to be video services for ski resorts and received a hefty investment from Airware and others.
