Aircraft Upgrade Error?

Practising with the new Inspire 1 which arrived this week before maiden flight. I've updated the firmware, radio, batteries, camera, all seems good to go. Except for, probably every 3rd time I turn everything on to use Pilot app simulator, once the Inspire 1 has started up, instead of parking itself with proper lights flashing, it emits a constant sound, just like the short sounds it makes in the first few seconds of start-up? Those printer/fax machine sounds? Sound is non-stop while on Pilot screen the Overall Status says "Aircraft Upgrade Error". I turn the Inspire off, then back on again a few seconds later and voila! Perfect start-up with Pilot app showing the Current Status: Normal (Latest Firmware).

I've reformatted the camera's sd card, copied over the latest firmware .zip and restarted the Inspire, but it never goes back into firmware update mode. Is this just a bug? Should I be concerned every few times I go out to fly this is how my new system will start-up? Thanks.
