Anyone Know How To Change Ownership email of a DJI bird?

I bought a new Spark for a teenager as a surprise gift, but as an Inspire owner I want to get the thing set up, tested and running before presenting it as a gift. Does anyone know how to activate a DJI bird for setup and testing, but then be able to have the recipient of the gift be able to register it with their info and email? In other words, reset the thing for the new owner. Hate to give the gift if it needs firmware, adjustments, etc. since she's in a different city.

Completely understand you on this one and this is something we just had a conversation with DJI about the other day. At the time there is no easy way, after activation you can send in an email either to your dealer or DJI direct and they should be able to make the change for you, although it could take a few days to complete the request.

They are working to make this an easier process for dealers.

Why aren't my surprise gift Spark units?? :D
