I received my new Inspire 2 last Friday (9th) and activated it straight away and have been away and didn't realise at the time that I had to activate the care refresh within 48 hours. I haven't used the I2 yet but just got refused when I tried to activate the care refresh for the I2 and X5S.
Will DJI give me an extension of the activation time to go and register it ? I can prove via the receipt that I purchased the care refresh at the same time as the I2 and X5s.
I have sent a question to the DJI support site but haven't received a response yet.
