Damaged Osmo?

Hi Folks,
I tried out my osmo for the first time the other day using an Inspire X3 Cam with the latest FW (v1.8.1.00) The gimbal was totally dead, camera takes photos ok though.
I tried it with my spare X3, same results, then I downloaded the latest Osmo FW ( v1.6.2.10) and updated the Osmo. Same results, no gimbal movement at all, camera works though.
Has anyone had similar issues using an Inspire X3?
Could it be the Osmo thats faulty?

Hello, no, I wasn't aware of an online procedure. I had been told that an x3 with the latest firmware would work. Can you supply a link to the online procedure? that would be great cheers!
