DJI GO App won't allow access to camera view

My GO App wont let me in to the camera view on one particular ios device. Ive tried different devices with the app on the 2 different controllers in pilot and slave mode and the problem is definitely the single ipad mini. Ive also tried uninstalling and re-installing the app and hard re-setting the ipad. So ive ruled out cables, usb ports and the controller itself..any ideas would be great.

What iPad Mini is it? If it`s a Mini 1 without retina display then it`s not going to work.
