DJI Support flat out lying ?!

I sent in my brand new Inspire V2 which was DOA. I insisted to receive the new version, T601.

After lots of emailing back and forth, I got this answer:

First of all, we don’t have the new model T601 with FCC ID 1015.

Inspire have only 3 models:

Inspire 1

Inspire 1 V2

Inspire Pro


The standard motors for the Inspire are 3510 T

those are new model motors on the Inspire Pro 3510 H

FCC ID 1015 is more powerful correct? Did you send them the label you posted?

I will receive mine this Saturday... I will check the FCC ID
