Foam Cutting Companies in UK

Guys,

My pelicase with pick an pluck foam insert has seen better days.

Im after a heads up on any company in the UK that will cut a new foam insert for my inspire to fit into my pelicase.

Maybe send them a template etc?

Whoever you choose, they will need 3D scans of the Inspire to do a proper job.

plick and pluck a new set - the foam is pretty cheap direct from peli - then use loads of plastidip spray to firm up and protect the foam after you've cut it all out. On my 1630 case I used 4 cans of matt black and then finished with a can of glossifier (£60 off ebay inc a trigger handle). You'll want a shed or somewhere where you can spray the foam and leave it to dry between coats.
