Good fixed carbon blades?

What’s a good set of blades with adapters? I had a prop come off on takeoff caused a small crash. Heard the carbon self tightening blades may prevent this.

Heleingaden and T-Motors are excellent.
Never remove them, don't have to remember to lock them, don't have to figure which ones go where.
I switched to them and will use nothing else.

Have been using Xoar as well as T-motor. Both have been good. I have 2 Inspires if you are wondering why 2 sets of Carbon props. Mine are fixed and not the folding type.
