Hi! Has anyone bought a ''BOXI'' for their Inspire 1?

Even with the x5 that's still to far back. One problem people had using the the stock dji batteries is that the main battery would drain first before the secondary would. Which is ok in a way but it will not give you a lot of extra flight time.

If you are just wanting the battery mod for extra batteries read thru the battery mod info thread . There are a few places that sell the battery mod kit.

We use the battery mod kit from Fly High USA and it gets us easily another 6 minutes of flying.

Hi Jim, the purpose of it all is to have a spare battery kicking in if the initial battery bricks out on me in mid air. Thought this would be a good backup

You would be better using a multistar 5200 or 6000 if you can find one instead of dji's junk batteries. I've gotten 25-28 minutes with a 5200 m/s an x5
