I placed an order for first time via dji store and till now its not been shipped however its only a balance rings and an lanyard....guys help me to write a full complain to the right person[emoji37]

How is this 'News'
If you want to complain for a circular piece of aluminium and a cheap strap suggest you try the official DJI Forum!
DJI will monitor that forum and probably answer your request.

Sorry to hear about your issue. We cannot assist with a DJI Store order but we could assist you in getting what you need. We'll have Balancing Rings in on Monday and most definitely have lanyards.

The best way to try and get through to DJI Online Sales Support is waiting in the online chat queue until it is your turn. In the future I'd recommend purchasing from a dealer who you can rely on for support and fast shipping from the US.
 
DJI customer service is known to be absolutely horrible...buy from a dealer my friend, you don't have to wait in queues and you can talk with someone who probably knows what they're doing and can speak English
 
Good luck... I've placed order and although the ship fast get it shipped is their issue. My last order is the new quick release that was placed first week of January just got shipped yesterday but will be here Wednesday.
