List of Error Messages

I think it is essential that we have this information. As many of the message just appear on our screens to which we may not be able to take the most appropriate action. For example I received a motor overload warning hovering at 50m in a 3 mph wind. What action do you take. Importantly what caused it and which motor is it referring to. DJI support suggested it was the memory card and I should format it. I cannot see any connection between the two. We need accurate information and correct procedures.

But with the constant updates and many unexplained and unspoken changes in the GO app it will be quite a task to keep such a list current.

A lot of whats going on with the GO app is probably in line with the Chinese culture. The Chinese are used to be kept on a leech. Chinese people were always informed on a need to know basis, by their government and their news media, and still are.

This has nothing to do with safety or even usability. The original Pilot app was really good enough for me.
I painfully realise I fly my precious bird through a user interface I actually came to hate, every time I fire it up. But I spent so much money on this system and getting the certifications, airworthiness approvals and exemptions, there's no GOing back for me, at least not for some time.

Would have loved to have a dedicated designed and closed ground station for the inspire1, instead of an app that happily operates next to Pokemon GO (funny, another GO).

It would be useful to have a starting point list of error messages and explanations. Maybe there is a set of core messages that do not often change or become amended which could be made available.
