For the US flight operations all the low level routes are published in a AP1/B, (it's online) All the SR, VR and IR routes are published with everything you may want to know, including the controlling agencies, schedulers, and deconfliction. There is also a series of large scale maps, however they are more for general location rather than planning.
If your really concerned check the route corridors, they are often time 3-5nm either side of centerline. We fly the C-17 at 310kts at 300' AGL routinely and make use of the entire route for terrain masking and timing triangles.
