No image Signal

Since yesterday I get the no video on my tablet but the camera does take photos and video , everything is working as usual except the video signal on the tablet .
The FW was updated a month ago and worked fine until yesterday. When I try to reinstall the fw I've got a FW update failure ( see the txt file attached) .
Two times the video signal came back after I restarted the aircraft.I cleaned all the gimbal connectors as well.
If anybody has an idea what could be the reason of this issue please let me know

Do you have access to another camera. If so, try that. There have been numerous issues of faulty X3's with this fault. It is an issue with the start up of the camera and the initialisation of the video feed.
Try another camera if you can.

Unfortunately I don't have any other inspire close where I leave to test some other camera .
What makes me confused is the fact the camera is taking photos but no picture on the iPad .

Yes, the camera will work fine and record locally (SD card) but it does not output a video stream to the Lightbridge to transmit down to the RC.

The camera is faulty , I just test my Inspire with another X3

I thought so - I've seen those symptoms before. Good news is they will replace it under warranty.

Try to get a DJI Inspire Fast-mounting Gimbal Port Cable and or a Gimbal Mount & Mounting Plate at your dealer.It's under warranty.Had the same issue and after my dealer replaced those parts hadn't ant problem at all.
