Are you asking about filing a DroTAM in reference an upcoming mission? Or documenting any surrounding NOTAMS before the mission on a Flight Tracking Form...

We do not use Drotams, our crews are 107, we file real aviation NOTAMS, here, so they are available to all pilots here.

Gotcha... misunderstood the direction of the question, I read to much into it.. LOL..

Per our policy, we check NOTAMS, TFR's etc.. before any flights, but have nothing in writing on filing a NOTAM before any mission..

All public category operations require a NOTAM under their COA. There is an emergency provision built into most if required.

We file on every flight but 99% of our flights are in controlled airspace. Just good business.
