Where does everyone place their stickers on the batteries?

I've but two on each battery, one on the top and one on the side so they are clearly visible.

It can be anywhere you like. Purpose is only for easy identification so it don't get mixed up with a different pair of batteries. In my case I stick it on the top side of the batteries for a clean look. Hope that helps.

I use the ends, so they show in the case and at the back of the AC.

I put them in the same position on the packs, so I can quickly check on the aircraft, but I store them in the case the other way up to keep the button and the ventilation at the top.
