Photogrammetry on mountainous terrain

Hi

can anyone direct me to some software to assist in mapping the side of a mountain. I currently use "Maps for Pilots" but this is designed for flying over flat terrain. The location I wish to map has an elevation change of 700m..

There isn't a commercial app out there that does terrain following. Your best bet is probably to fly it manually.
