FWIW, I always fly using a WiFi only iPad. I've yet to have any issue with DJI Go 4 and logins, even when flying miles from home and often in areas which have poor to no mobile coverage too. I've logged in once at home after updating the DJI Go version and that's been it. No logouts, no restrictions, nada. Been the same for flying either the Phantom 4 or the Inspire 2.
If you're running dual operator, then make sure both main (Pilot) RC and Cam Op RC (slave) tablets are both using same version of DJI Go and are both logged in.
